Le module Mission Plan permet de confirmer et/ou de vous fournir votre cahier des charges complet, une analyse de votre existant et des contraintes, une proposition de cible avec estimation de temps et de charges.Exploration : intervenir en profondeur sur une thématique spécifique qu’elle soit organisationnelle ou bien technique. Le module Exploration est un programme en immersion de quelques jours durant lesquels sont opérées des phases de collecte et d’ateliers, puis d’audit et d’analyse et enfin de préconisation. Des restitutions régulières sont planifiées afin qu’il n’y ait jamais d’écarts entre ces 3 phases. Onboarding : l’acculturation est essentielle pour bien appréhender une transition vers le Cloud. Le module Onboarding s'adresse aux décideurs informatiques, managers ainsi qu'aux métiers transverses. Son objectif est de présenter le changement de paradigme qu’implique le Cloud et donc son impact sur les décisions, sur le management et dans la collaboration.Knowledge : Ce module a été pensé pour fournir les fondamentaux aux équipes techniques. Mes expériences passées au sein de grands groupes ont permis de déployer un panel important de compétences et de standards au sein de Gekko et plus particulièrement d'oeuvrer pour les comptes les plus stratégiques de la compagnie. De la direction de projets à l'animation d'équipes en passant par l'activation de stratégies de transformation ou encore de lead technique, mes responsabilités requièrent polyvalence, adaptabilité et organisation.

En tant que Consultant Cloud et Plateformes, j'ai eu l'occasion durant cette expérience de travailler sur les projets d'avant-vente, de conduite stratégique et d'accompagnement à la mise en oeuvre des 3 cercles du Cloud étatique.
