Sales Support Associate
Current- Manage inbound requests and inquiries related to our products and general information in a timely manner from the clients while providing exceptional client experience
- Proactively offer solutions and provide feedback for improvement opportunities of processes and products
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with the sales team, customers and the product managers by having interest in the organization’s goals, challenges, day-to-day sales activities and other related concerns.
- Provide ongoing professional support to both the internal and external sales team by scheduling new client appointments, following up with clients on missing documentation and information and interacting with clients.
