UK - LondonSky is one of the leading and the fastest growing ISP in the UK.Specialised in the access network, I design and optimise the access solution in relation with the mid/long term strategy. I bring my expertise for long term network architecture decision. The job requires to work closely with other teams within sky (Ops-IS-core network) and our partners (CPE/DSLAM vendors-Openreach-customer services) in order to meet the business objectives.It requires strong technical knowledges, project management skills and a leadership behaviour.Some projects I've been leading:- Design and development of a new ADSL CPE (business requirements, development, testing, rollout)- Design and development of a new access network (Alcatel ISAM) to deliver xDSL services

I acted in a newly created customer service as a 3rd level support for a team of 35 engineers, working new networks and new technologies troubleshooting ADSL, VoIP, TVoIP, providing them with troubleshooting documentation and training. As a newly created service, I had to understood the new network architecture based on Cisco and Huawei router and DSLAM liaising with the design, the integration, and the engineering teams. In order to increase the customer service productivity, I built Perl and PHP scripts to automate tests on DSL lines and Cisco routers.My daily tasks were:• 3rd level support on Cisco 2600 and 7200, Nortel PP 7000 and 15000, huawei 5300 and 5600, Alcatel ISAM and ASAM• Implementing configuration and upgrading the system on Cisco and Huawei productsEquipment and systems: Cisco router (2600-7200-12000) – Huawei router and DSLAM – Nortel Passport (7000-15000) – Alcatel DSLAM - Linux Server – Perl

In a provisioning team of 3 engineers, I supervised and managed the provisioning and deployment on Neufcegetel xDSL, ATM and MPLS networks for IP VPN services, the interconnecting partnership between France Telecom and Neufcegetel (financial and technical focus), the 3rd level support on ATM and xDSL services.This work consisted of :• Implement MPLS, ATM, DSL and IP services according to engineering specifications (Cisco 7000 and 12000, Nortel PP 7000 and 15000, DSLAM Alcatel)• Daily 3rd level support on DSL and ATM services• Network audits with tools I personally created • Prepare weekly timetable for the teamSimultaneously I was leading project to transfer a half France telecom/half Neufcegetel ATM network to a fully Neufcegetel network. During this is a 10 month project I prepared weekly work planning timesheets for the team and France telecom team. In addition to this I proposed and implemented the technical proposals saving 1.5million€/yr
