My current experience allows me to: - manage a project in different fields: sustainable development, eco-conception and trainning as well as SAP implementation and coordination;- manage a team of agents, engineers, and/or managers;- consult on eco-conception subjects- implement an ISO 14001 certification- implement an Environmental Management System (EMS) or an Integrated Management System (IMS).My project is to integrate a company on a long term basis as a consultant or a project manager in order to use my expertise and help companies to optimise their processes through the implementation of an EMS or IMS. The method I developped during my last position goes in this direction as it is applicable to any structure and processes.Specialties: I developped a specific method which allows a company or collectivity to easily optimise their processes: it is based on the eco-conception method and can be applied as an integrated management system.Specific skills: - the ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001- the EIME tool- the Life Cycle Analysis method- the EuP, WEEE, Energy Star and the Code of Conducts for different electronic productsFinally, I am perfectly used to negotiate, convince and train different kinds of audience.
