-Primary responsibility is to provide sales support for the NEWERA groups of companies-Responsible for answering phone calls-Handling of customer’s inquiries through calls and emails for orders-Providing local and oversea sales support-Coordinating daily service works-Processing documents relating to service jobs and arrange the work schedule for customers -Processing sales order, purchasing order and follow up on orders delivery-Liaising between customers, salespersons, logistics and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries-Doing administrative tasks and tracking petty cash-PO, DO and invoices issuance for local and oversea deliveries-Follow up on outstanding payment with customers-Other responsibilities deemed necessary by the management
