I often say that I feel it was yesterday .....I was fortunate at the beginning of my career to join a small French company based in Lille which has today become an international group with numerous subsidiaries in Europe, USA and Asia.I had the opportunity to evolve within this company and acquire over the years new skills throughout my career.I was able to know different positions in different activities by staying true to this company. I worked in the areas of logistics, transportation, inventory management, national and international trade, product development, marketing and communication, purchasing, international negotiation.I went up the ladder one after the other until the Head office committee.I took on responsibilities internationally. I opened new markets, set up structures, create and validate work organizations.I manage teams that are based in France, England, Hong Kong or China.I learned day after day, I consolidated my skills, strengthened my knowledge because there are always new things to learn. I evolved in a company that was developing. This company, Bigben, continues its expansion and I continue to apprehend new knowledge.I am asked what my diplomas are, I answer that my diplomas are my experience, my experiences and I define myself as an autodidact who has not finished his training.
