In charge of sales in the medium size company 100 people. Business development, customer portfolio management, supply chain.

Responsible within the European sales organization of a portfolio of key customer accounts, such as Bel, Bongrain, Nestlé (France and UK), Kraft, Procter & Gamble, Unilever…• Promotion of AR among the European decision makers by presenting and explaining the group strategy. • Evaluation of the common opportunities to develop new activities.• Implementation of the new acquired business in the various plants of the group.• Ongoing support of the commercial and production teams.• Follow-up of the existing accounts and profitability improvement.

• Management of the sales team, sales managers and sales administration • In cooperation with the French Managing Director: determination of the sales strategy, set-up and follow-up of the budget.• During the last 4 years, increase of the revenue by 15%, onto a market trend of 1 to 2%, to follow the growth of our production capacities, linked to huge investment and strong productivity gains.• Reorganization and support of the sales team during the restructuring (factories and Paris Head Quarters closure) and crisis time. • Action to rebuild and support company image on the market during and after the crisis time and to regain customers’ confidence. • Organisations of Professional trade fairs. • Creation and implementation of new communication tools.
