Ensure that Quality Plans and supporting documentation such as Inspection Points, Statistical Process Control Plans, etc. are in place and being used to measure and monitor key process/product characteristics and interfaces.Facilitate in the development of Control Plans,8D problem solving, start of new project and lead PFMEA reviews. Investigate, document, resolve, follow and make improvements on internal and external customer complaint processes, corrective actions and other quality issues while working with cross-functional teams. Ensure that corrective actions have data and data analysis to effectively identify root cause, containment, interim and long-term corrective action planning and decisions, as well as quantifiable verification and monitoring exit criteria.
