The myCoach platform serves as a “gateway for change”. It enables a direct (and guaranteed) impact on the behaviour of the INDIVIDUAL employee, which in turn will warrant an impact on both culture and productivity. This impact, once the platform is in place, can be steered and fine-tuned by the HR management.The blended coaching platform of Psy@Work combines psychology/coaching and technology. ECoaching has become accessible - practically and economically - to the quasi totality of the employees, allowing for an increase in resilience, motivation, employability and productivity, and a decrease in absenteeism and presenteeism. MyCoach creates personalised coaching paths of 12 weekly sessions and daily exercises. It contains a toolkit, goal-setting (and action plans), automatic reminders, and personal follow-up/feedback. A team of coaches/psychologists constantly monitors the coaching process. One-on-one coaching sessions (for instance via Skype) are generally added in order to increase adherence.In addition, Psy@Work has developed an automatic assessment tool, the Person-Organisation-Scan, for both the individual employee and the organisation as a whole. It assesses the level of psycho-social risks and engagement, together with the underlying factors (causes).ECoaching is instrumental in identifying and developing talent, bottom-up, starting at the level of the individual employee.
