🏢 Freelance.com is a european leading company that helps big corporations manage their transformation by connecting them with the best freelance experts or highly-specialized SMEs. It takes care of all the journey starting with sourcing experts, manage projects and people, billing and compliance.👨‍🦲 As Head of Product, I led cross-functional teams across various Business Units to establish connections among our diverse tools and users journey, shaping the cohesive ecosystem of services offered by Freelance.com.🎯 I spearheaded the development of a product strategy and defined roadmaps to streamline the entire group's products, facilitating its growth from €220 million to €850 million through innovative product solutions.🎯 I managed a Product team of 5 (Product Owners, Product Managers, Product Designer, Product Marketing Manager) while overseeing the product roadmap for four of our core tools.🎯 I actively promoted a product-oriented culture across the group through webinars, introducing topics such as OKR methodologies and product processes. Additionally, I introduced new tools to enhance productivity and foster cross-communication between various teams and the Product/tech team.🎯 I successfully directed all product strategies and responses for the Product part on Request For Proposals (RFP) and conducted demonstrations for key stakeholders, resulting in more than of €40 millions of revenue opportunities (La Poste, EDF, GRDF, RATP and others).🎯 I assumed responsibility for exploring emerging business opportunities in areas like Super Apps, Banking, and Crypto. I co-presented these R&D projects to the board alongside the Group VP.🎯 As a problem-solving enthusiast, I collaborated with Sales, HR, and Finance teams to simplify complex processes through no-code and automation solutions, resulting in enhanced productivity and communication.

👨‍🦲 As a seasoned Product Manager, I led various strategic projects to improve users experience, internal teams productivity. I also built new services to grow the business and enhance the leadership of the company with modern and effective tools. From February to November 2020, I worked as a contractor.🎯 Completely transformed an acquired platform to align with Major Account processes, resulting in a significant reduction of their onboarding time from one week to just two hours.🎯 Enhanced the quality of freelancer profiles (including experiences, skills, and most important, their availability) by 30%.🎯 I closely collaborated with the Technical Leader on a Shared Services project to optimize processes and tools, significantly reducing technical debt and simplifying the onboarding process for new business entities and kickstarting new projects.🎯 Successfully spearheaded the end-to-end creation of three applications (including two mobile apps) with autonomous and built on-the-fly squads, from initial discovery through product design, PRD (Product Requirement Document) creation, and final delivery.

🏢 Cali is an initiative of Greenaffair, a subsidiary of Vinci. Cali is the all-in-one CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) solution dedicated to measuring and managing the CSR strategy of businesses and buildings.👨‍🦲 I worked as a contractor to lead the Discovery, the Product Design and to design the core features of the Cali CSR platform.🎯 I helped the in-house project manager to shape the vision/strategy by defining customer’s pain points and designing the adequate solutions.🎯 I built a fully functional prototype to convince key-people from Vinci board to invest in a MVP. This prototype led from an initial interest of 1m€ to almost 2m€ to build a V1 faster with a larger scope.

🏢 Inyo helps freelancers focus on what matters by automating tasks they don't like to do: supplying quotes, managing projects and admin, sending dunning notices and much more. Inyo is the All-in-one app for freelancers.🧔‍♂️ As the CEO with a strong Product design background, I led all the Discovery and defined the Product roadmap to build a complete app in less than 6 months. I managed all the go-to-market strategy and convinced in the first 2 months hundreds of freelancers to make Inyo their virtual assistant on a daily-basis.🎯 I led the way to a successful Product Hunt launch that resulted to a publication in their newsletter with an estimated 750k+ readers🎯 I managed the Product Strategy leading to onboard 1,400 beta testers and converted 10% of them in MAU on the v1.🎯 I built a fully autonomous onboarding and customer care: 2 years after the shutdown of the company, Inyo still had 50 active users with an average 1.8 web sessions per day.
