As Consultant Intelligent Process & Performance I optimize processes via a number of ways, including but not limited to:- Process documentation (as-is and to-be)- Data analysis- Process Mining- Process Automation- DashboardingProject examples:- Gathering global warehousing data to enable the build of a Process Mining Data Model. This, in turn, enables the data-driven comparison of processes between regions and the analyses of where process optimization would have the biggest impact.- Documenting the as-is process, designing the to-be process, and setting the first steps in the creation and design of an automation tool using a low-code platform.- Building a Process Mining dashboard to analyze financial fraud risks within a process, thereby enabling the taking of action to prevent potential fraud.z

As a consultant people & organisation I guide, advise, and support leadership functions through transformations in their organisation.Main activities include communication strategy, Target Operating Model design, measuring and analysing change adoptation data, and project management.Project examples:- Supporting two large SAP implementation projects as change management support.- Cultural and behavioural integration support at a multinational post-merge integration project.

During this internship my responsibility was taking the first steps in developing a way to make scientific papers more engaging for a wider audience. The aim of this is knowledge translation. Traditionally, this involves bridging the gap between academia and the ‘practical’ world where knowledge from academia gets into the hands of companies and organisations that can use it in practice more quickly.

During my time at Underlined I tackled large datasets of customer feedback that are recalibrated and analysed by Underlined's Text Mining software. My responsibility was to optimize and ensure the quality of the output by improving the Text Mining software and process. Ultimately, it's about gaining human insight from big data.

Member of the board of student association T.S.C. St. Olof (>550 members) consisting of 6 full-time board members (60-80 hours per week). I was responsible for maintenance, operation and internal renovation of monumental society building. This included managing the society committee (20 people), who are responsible for the bars and maintenance in the building.

Delivering and collecting Swapbikes and repairing these on the spot. Usually this also meant the first face to face contact with customers.

Matching vacancies with appropriate candidates and assisting them with the process to final placement on the external position/assignment.
