Health, sports and performance have always been a passion. These interests have led me to graduate with a Master in Sports- and Movement Sciences, with a specialisation in Performance and Active Lifestyle Coaching. The knowledge and practical experiences gained during this academic adventure sparked my interest in the connection between health, performance and the human body even more. The next big step is to further develop my knowledge by becoming a Master in Revalidation sciences. I hope to combine the best of both worlds, as I truly believe that both physical conditioning and physiotherapy offer an invaluable added value to each other. With all the knowledge and experiences gained, it is my main goal to become a true expert in guiding individuals to reach and/or regain their ultimate potential. While completing the remainder of my academic career, I will put my gained knowledge to work as a personal trainer at "Summit-center" (Leuven). Here I am part of an ambitiously growing multidisciplinary team, with experts in various fields. I love watching people make progress, reaching personal goals, and reaching optimal health and performance levels.
