Upon request by my Line Manager, I have been tasked with assisting as Operations Manager for NORDEN's transshipment project in Gabon. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations while ensuring compliance with SOPs and contractual commitments. My key responsibilities include: •⁠ ⁠Coordinating tugboats and time-chartered OGVs movements. •⁠ ⁠Maintaining constant dialogue with our Client to understand their needs and ensure seamless cooperation. •⁠ ⁠Managing operational incidents and independently implementing solutions. •⁠ ⁠Reviewing and validating operational documents, such as SOFs and cargo receipts. •⁠ ⁠Planning and supervising bunkering operations while liaising with stakeholders. •⁠ ⁠Mentoring on-site teams and strengthening relationships with local partners and suppliers. This position highlights my ability to adapt, lead, and ensure operational excellence in a dynamic project environment.
