Born as digital native with a strong bond to technology, I have always had the intrinsic motivation to break through known boundaries by thinking out of the box. Only when rules are ignored and comfort zones are left behind, the next level can be reached.Inspired by the endless possibilities to offer a perfectly tailored customer experience and creating embracing stories around products, I love e-commerce, UX and UI, content and marketing. My apprenticeship as Mediamatiker was the perfect base layer to get into the project management world, further improving my skills in more than six years at Swarovski's Digital Business Center and succeeding in getting a certificated Web Project Manager diploma in 2017.As a local product owner at Heineken Switzerland from 2018 to early 2020, my priority was to continuously improve the customer value of the BLADE online shop. Valuable customer data and analytic tools help me to identify and implement new functionalities and products. In the challenging beer segment it is key to respond to the customer needs as the customer base grows.Since 2020, I am responsible for the development of the B2B Marketplace Mercanto as Product Owner. Close collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders and valuable customer feedback is key to achieve our goal of becoming the number 1 sourcing platform for the Swiss food industry and beyond.If I don't work on private projects, I get inspired by classic cars, automotive design, craftsmanship and the sound of engines. There is nothing better than a cruise around the Alps in an entertaining car, enjoying the peace, stopping at beautiful unknown places and nipping on a fresh cup of coffee.
