Spearheaded the Data & Analytics as a Service practice nationwide, ranging from optimizing data management for compliance to designing a data-driven tax control framework for our clients.Identified and capitalized on a standard SAP functionality to extract tax-relevant data meant for audits and use for compliance, reverse audits, audit support and other adhoc information requests for sales & use, VAT, property, state apportionment or unclaimed property - and beyond. Obtained C-level traction to create the Indirect Tax CoE, a virtual team of tax analysts ensuring compliance through ongoing data validation, assessing risks and evaluating effective sourcing (in/out) of tax function tasks within their respective region - Ireland, Singapore and US (North Carolina)To support these responsibilities, initiated a tax analytics project - SAP, Sabrix, Teradata, Spotfire - based on daily data refresh from all enterprise sources holding tax-relevant information. Developed specific controls to ensure consistent tax recording in intercompany space and across chain transactions. Initial scope of solution was US and Europe.

Joined, initially as an assignment, an Enterprise-wide transformation project to standardize data and processes globally and migrate to use a single instance of SAP ERP.
