In connection with the company’s values, I am ensuring the codirection of Euroquality jointly with Doris Monjac and Barthelemy Maillard. Thanks to a modern governance structure, the company’s development strategy always results from a collaborative process, ensuring the sustainable development of the company. The excellence of the services brought to our clients and partners, as well as the personal fulfilment of all our collaborators are the driving force of this development, in accordance with all the stakeholders of the WarrantHub and Tinext groups. Beyond the joint management of daily businesses, as Technical Director, I am coordinating the development and implementation of the company’s quality policy, the internal continuous improvement; the follow-up and analysis of results, as well as the creation and maintenance of internally developped tools usefull for our activity and our partners’. Because of my previous experience as a consultant, I’m still involved in project setting-up and management, as head of the « Energy Systems, Advanced Materials and Technologies » department by providing support to consultants during key moments of the setting-up process. I am also leading the “Project Management and Communication” unit.

As head of the energy unit, I lead a small team responsible for the setting-up of several EU projects. I largely contributed to the success of the following projects:S-PARCS (envisioning and testing new models of sustainable energy cooperation and services in industrial parks), IMPRESSIVE (develop an incredibly innovative high performance transparent solar cell with strong market perspective in the near future), GIFT (decarbonise the energy systems of geographical islands through more flexibility and synergies between networks), MOF4AIR (develop tailored metal organic framework materials for carbon capture and storage) and INTERPRETER (develop new tools for DSOs and TSOs to face more complex grid operations).

Consultant for the setting up of innovative European projects in the field of energy and environment, I help the coordinators of these projects to set it up and manage it. This task includes the research of the right partners in order to build a consortium, the making of a precise work program (GANTT) with the associated budgets, the organization and animation of consortium meetings as well as the writing of the proposal and its submission to the European Commission. Everyday use of written and spoken English, an important autonomy, a wide technical knowledge to be able to adapt to new technologies, a capacity to team work as well as being able to propose many ideas are the main skills needed. A good contact with people is also necessary as I happen to participate to a lot of forums, national or international events, informations days, etc., where I network with companies and discuss of their innovative ideas or concepts.The knowledge of European ways to foster innovation, the argumentation that have to be used in the proposal, building a consortium and managing big scale European projects are part of the most interesting skills this experience brings me.

Being on 3 sites in Florida (Gainesville, Tampa and Labelle), I advised Intelligentsia International Inc, on the installation of photovoltaic systems. - First project: technical and economic feasible study of a photovoltaic production system on the roof of a house owned by the company in Gainesville.- Second project: study of a photovoltaic system already installed on a roof in Labelle, using micro-inverters. Study and advice in case of electric failure, with the possibility to use the panels in a close loop without the grid, providing energy to the loads of the house, using batteries to supply the micro-inverters.- Third project: study and advice for the implementation of PV panels on another roof in Labelle city, on a house or on a parking lot. I made the complete mechanic and electric design of both systems, listed all the components needed, compared the efficiency of both systems, made the economic study and advice III with the best choice.

Engineering assistant in the Engineering Performance service of the Aerial Operation in Air France, I participated in the implementation of the software LIDO that will be used by engineers to know the parameters of speed or length of needed runway depending on meteorologic parameters and the plane. I also participated to the study of back-up airport in case of problem in the air, to answer a standard of the General Direction of the Civil Aviation.
