- Developing marketing plan monthly on Social Media including LinkedIn, FB, Insta, combining with monitoring and tracking perfomance.- Doing market research and analysis to understand customer insights and competitors.- Preparing and executing Product POSM (Catalog, Brochure, Standee, Banner) with internal team.- Writing and measuring performance to capture all digital marketing efforts, especially in SEO.- Working with Design team, Sales Department, Finance team to to manage the marketing project.- Planning materials and budget for events to enhance company image with foreign partners such as trade fairs, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities.

- Writing diverse content related to beauty industry including FB Ads, SEO, PR, Article, Video Script, Landing Page... - Creating ideas and proposing content for new compaigns. - Working with Social, Digital, Design, Video Editor, PR, Offline teams to implement online and offline campaigns. - Following up and keeping offline scripts processed smoothly to ensure successful events.

- Planning for branding and sales campaigns for new customers. - Working with other teams (media, social, legal) to prepare marterials for each marketing campaign. - Being responsible for all contracts for KOLs, Influencers. - Recording budget spending for each campaigns. - Daily reporting for direct manager. - Supporting to collect customer's information for Business Development department.

- Processing employee's payroll. - Monthly timekeeping for employees. - Solving data and preparing documents for tax audit. - Drafting some C&B-related contracts. - Doing design some internal communication materials and supporting Talent Acquisition Team to organize internal events. - Preparing on-board process for employees.
