Coordinator of the Inbound Program of YFU Argentina - International Youth Exchange for students between 14 and 18. Some of my tasks were: Acceptance of students (60 to 80 per year), Visa procedures, host family recruitment, developement of growth strategies for local volunteers, organization of regional and national seminars for students, host families and volunteers, follow up and counseling of the participants of the program (conflict resolution, mediation), permanent contact with the international partners of YFU all over the world. I improved the quality of the core program by developing andimplementing a nationwide support person training and career. I led internal project development to satisfy the demands of other member organizations and the global office of YFU. I restructured the Host Family recruitment and acceptance process which lead to excellent placement performance. I created metrics and databases to assure operations flow and standardized Inbound working processes.I significantly reduced the organization’s process expenses by changing suppliers, services and locations for seminars.

RECmyballs is a personal start-up project I initated with a friend of mine. It´s essence was recording amateur soccer games and offer the players a complete, cut and edited product afterwards so they could watch their game again whenever they wanted. After creating the brand and developing the business model we purchased cameras, laptops and editing sowftware. We were able to reach the break- even- point within a year. Unfortunately what started as a real oportunity in the market developed into a rapidly increasing competition we weren´t able to compete again with our part time effort.

I was selected for the outsourcing project of the CFN Membership Rewards Program for the German market from the German firm Arvato to American Express Argentina. I was in charge of training new employees and supervising the team together with Team Leader after its successful implementation.
