Overall IT responsibility to ensure the setup of the new Public Family Allowances Fund in Wallonia (Famiwal)The setup includes :- Define, direct and coordinate the ICT programme to ensure the regionalisation of the federal competence (scope, budget, planning, risk, ressources)- Recruit and select the new ICT team in charge of the migration and developement of the Business Application- Define and coordinate the Infrastructure activities needed to cover customer's need's ( Datacenter And Office equipment )- Establish a the operational budget for the ICT department of this new public institution.- Reporting directly to the Political Cabinet in charge

Overall project management and coordination within the Social Security Sector (from development to maintenance)1 - DMFA (Declaration Multifonctionnelle - Multifonctionele Aangifte):Ongoing activity which is evolving every quarter. Employers have to declare wages and contributions. Our applications does checks to see if what they declare is correct and processes the declarations.2 - Front Office Tewerkstelling - www.aandeslag.be -e-government project, aimed to inform employers and employees about employment benefits. This Java web application is powered by a rule based "expert system" that facilitate access to employment measures and that realize simulations according to the user specific profile. This project won the e-Gov Award 2008.3 - Other Social Security related projectsLot of projects are ongoing aiming to automate some old manual procedures. Technologies used vary from Mainframe to up to date J2EE based architecture.
