• Set-up of entire trackworks team (50 office staff and 300+ on site, S$100m) from scratch up to 80% completion.- Created and implemented a specific 3 months training program for the site workforce- Led the subcontractor management, labour supervision and implementation of in-house trackworks technology (Appitrack)#Key Achievements: Set-up of a 3-months customized training programme for the entire site workforce. On time despite workforce initially not skilled.
