I am currently working as a privacy counsel at the Group level of Atos overseeing Group level compliance under the supervision of the Group Chief Data Protection Officer, performing compliance assessments, negotiating DPAs, bringing privacy awarness campaigns throughout the Group. My presence in Madrid gave me the opportunity to be involved in the 2024 Olympics and the Euro 2024 competitions as well.As a product of globalization, I am an internationally trained, U.S. LLM graduate with extensive experience in data privacy in both the U.S. and European Union, namely New York, Paris and Madrid. Most of my work consisted of drafting and reviewing data retention clauses, privacy policies, advising clients on GDPR and CCPA compliance or consumer and antitrust law in general. I have worked on various industries but mostly media, entertainment and tech companies. I have also been working on worldwide trademark portfolio management, trademark and patent prosecution, trademark and patent litigation worldwide as well as ex parte proceedings before the EUIPO, the USPTO and other jurisdictions.
