• Analyze, manage and optimize end-to-end logistic procedures. • Organize, manage and process shipment orders. • Prepare, review and finalize documents for shipment deliveries/pickups. • Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues. • Communicate with internal and external associates about orders, shipments, routing, procedures, statuses, etc

• Prepare and process Bill of Ladings, Picking Orders, Inventory Sheets, Products Received Paperwork, Material Receiving Records, Inbound Container Unloading Paperwork, Shipping/Receiving Paperwork, Purchase Order Confirmations and Delivery Orders.• Train new and current employees on Forklift Safety and Operations.• Supervise the staging, loading, and unloading of shipments.• Supervise daily operations, workflow procedures, and inventory cycle counts.• Ensure paperwork has been arranged and made available for all inbound and outbound loads.• Lead, interact, communicate, and assist warehouse team and production team whenever needed.

• Perform lobby engagement duties while connecting with customers to assess their needs.• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment with established currency limits.• Understand the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.• Able to process information and data with high levels of accuracy.• Perform personal and business transactions in a fast and concise level.

• Interact with high profile patrons and handle large transactions.• Supervise cage cashiers and verify their transactions are accurate before paying out.• Balance and prepare all banks within the cage for the following shift.• Schedule shift employees for the upcoming weeks schedule.• Verify payroll, add/correct any punches, and apply Flex time/PTO when needed.

• Interact with clients through the phone in a well-spoken and respectful manner.• Navigate clients through the payroll process before submission.• Research information for customers such as salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations, and employee deductions/adjustments.• Notify clients of any wages or tax changes affecting their employees
