Yanoulla has been practising Family and Children Law since March 2010. She is a solicitor in Fisher Meredith’s Children Department at the Head Office in Kennington. Having been called to the Bar of England and Wales, she joined Fisher Meredith in 2008 as a paralegal in the Housing Law Department representing the more vulnerable members of society. She currently practices in all areas of Children Law. She is particularly interested in matters involving domestic violence and she frequently represents clients at court.Yanoulla also enjoys the challenges involved in public children law matters with a focus on representing parents in care proceedings.She is dedicated to obtaining the best possible outcome for clients.Specialities include:- Contact and Residence disputes involving children- Child abduction- Care proceedings- Injunctions- Domestic ViolencePrior to becoming a solicitor at Fisher Meredith LLP, Yanoulla was a Duty Court Advocate with Greenwich Housing Rights, where she represented tenants in possession proceedings at court. She also represented clients in Social Security Appeal Tribunals with the Free Representation Unit.Yanoulla is still dedicated to Pro Bono work and volunteers at the Citizen's Advice Bureau as a Family Law Advisor. She also acts as a mentor for students training to become McKenzie friends.
