BRP has started to migrate from ECC to S4/HANA globally to benefit from the latest improvements in the SAP ERP architecture and applications. The SAP project is part of a strategic business transformation portfolio.My responsibilities :- Participate in program-level decision making as we are shaping the PMO and organization along with processes while the team size is ramping up towards the build phases;- Act as Agile Coach and launch/support 6 scrum teams (OTC, FI, Logistics, Planning, etc) setting up the process, environment, training the teams and tracking progress at program/team levels;- Manage the Architecture & Technology Scrum handling the following shared service areas : Architecture, Technology/Basis, Security, Interfaces, Data Warehouse and Analytics;- Manage the Global Trade Compliance project as BRP will implement SAP GTS in phases;- Plan and prepare SAP subprojects for new project managers onboarding onto the program.

Went back to help out @ PAREXEL as the company was deploying a full Order-to-Cash (O2C) portfolio. Took over the Hyperion delivery and a few smaller HR projects - a great way for me to go back a few months and work with a team I really missed! Responsible for all development of the new Hyperion cubes for Finance. Small mandate before coming back to the Montreal area fully in 2018.

Lead more than 150 resources from Cascades, IBM and other partners in a 3-phase SAP implementation (production line adaptations, WM and OTC/Vistex). This project has delivered SAP sales order (OTC, Vistex, WM) functionality to a group of 20 plants and distribution centers in North America by mid-2018. This was a major transformation as the company moved from a legacy system to SAP, bringing all the order-to-cash capability along with WM, financial and reporting systems to the new environment.I went to Cascades to recover this project, and left proud after months of hard work to see it come to fruition. The business units went onto the new system by mid-2018 as originally planned.

Managed Planview EPPM deployment projects and Oracle EBS (Apex) application development portfolio :• Three agile development teams distributed in America, Europe and Asia• Three main project branches delivering versions 3-4 times per year• Multinational, multi-thousand user base deployment on major EPPM productAlso developed a new company-wide application using Oracle APEX to manage resource demand through the company (Order to cash ERP initiative).Parexel was a global biopharma services company with head office in the Boston Metropolitan area. It has been acquired since by a conglomerate in the US.

LaPlace0-5 is officially the new central daycare waiting list for Quebec (see above ITPMtogo.com details, as this is delivered as a mandate for a customer in Montreal). A new web portal where offer meets demand for the whole province.• Helping define IT requirements for the organization• Providing support to acquire and develop the IT team• Guidance on major web portal development decisions (roadmap)• Mentoring the local project manager

Went back to Uni-Select to recover a strategic SAP Vistex project. Brought back project on track and delivered within 9 months with a recomposed team of external and internal consultants. Also delivered two RFCs for the company : one for Workforce Management, and other one for MDM as the company was undergoing a major IT and business transformation.Highlights : mostly recovering the Vistex project was a key realization, as my former employer was reaching out to me in confidence I could get this project out of a serious situation it had encountered.

Deploy evolution and standardization of Planview EPPM (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management). Build a multidisciplinary team using agile methodology to improve data, tools and processes - allow IT to aim at project portfolio management maturity by delivering iterative improvements supported by strong change management.Highlights • Prior to this project, the Bank was unsure to keep Planview - now all sectors are onboarded • Organization maturity stepping up from basic timesheet management to capacity planning • SAP Business Objects reporting community now supporting all sectors needs • Business lines outside IT now requesting to use Planview as well (non-IT projects)

Manage and deploy a variety of IT projects (sales and marketing, distribution, legal). Tackle SAP interface subprojects. Redesign PMO processes and reporting tools, coach and train project managers for the IT department. Highlights• Became project management expert at Uni-Select• Revamped the Uni-Select Virtual Community (customer portal) for North America• Delivered key SAP legacy interfaces in 2010/2011 – Pricing and Order Desk• Addressed Uni-Select Sales & Marketing project costs slippage – projects now on target

Manage new software and maintenance releases for the company's physical security product line.
