I graduated with my Master’s Degree in 2017 from Faculty of Social and Political Sciences University of Indonesia majoring in International Relations. I am highly self-motivated, hardworking, and I have good interpersonal skills.I have a solid background and various experiences in the communication field in both IGO, NGO, academic and corporate positions. I joined The United Nations Programme on HIV/ AIDS (UNAIDS) for 2 years as Strategic Communications Consultant. The project of HIV campaign that I developed with the organisation was #SayaBerani (I am Brave), resulted in massive impact in terms of public visibility, growth, and engagement, e.g. built partnership with over 15 CSOs and obtained 12,757,205 social media impressions within 2 weeks in 2016. I developed and implemented communication campaigns and strategies to address key issues on HIV prevention in Indonesia. i.e. by shifting the campaign stigma of HIV people living with HIV. On the past years, I realised HIV campaign specifically in Indonesia tends to leave an uncannily striking message of discouragements. I came up with the idea by framing the campaign message to eliminate the gloomy image of HIV becoming more positive and inclusive by involving several successful figures to spread their achievements.During that time, I was also volunteering at the National Office of Amnesty International Indonesia as Youth Superintendent. I had the responsibility of organising several campaigns and communication events: one communications strategy on BRAVE Campaign underlining the important work of human rights defenders across the world as well as in Indonesia. In organising these, I delivered the strategic directives, brought a range of potential partners, administrative tasks as well as assisting in designing the programme for youth engagement in Indonesia.
