I have helped the IP Office of Singapore (IPOS) develop their e-filing system and redesigned their customer experience and examination processes. Some key accomplishments I had at the IP office were the design of the trademark search algorithm, building of an Excel VBA tool for the examination of goods and services that has been used by the registry for the last seven years and the world's first mobile app for trademark filing.
