Team lead for the Singapore Longitudinal EArly Development Study (SG LEADS), a longitudinal study aimed at understanding factors influencing early childhood development in Singapore.Led a team of six to achieve 87% response rate in the study's second wave of data collection. Point person for external (vendors and respondents) and internal (research collaborators and university administration) stakeholders. Overall accountability for study's data quality and responsible for mentoring junior team members on STATA coding and data management best practices.

Wrote and maintained the project’s STATA syntax for database cleaning, secondary variable creation, statistical analysis, and extraction for users and teams. Published technical reports analysing multilinear and logistic regressions on annual household income data, occupational coding and language development.
