Arranging corporate competency dictionary with Head of HRD Division.11. Coordinating & reporting training progress & result to Head of HRD Division.12. Coordinating & reporting training result to All Division/Department Managers.13. Support all division/department to conduct training & development as they needed and ensure the competency gap can be solving with appropriate ways.14. Built the networking with the third parties such as : external training consultant/ training college to fulfill the external training for employees (if needed).15. Implementer & Internal Quality Management System Team based on ISO 9001:2015.16. Arranging & developing appropriate Learning & Development policies and procedure (SOP) based on ISO 9001:2015.17. Arranging & developing appropriate HR policies and procedure (SOP) based on ISO 9001:2015.18. Supervise Recruitment & Assessment Staff.19. Supervise HRM Staff.20.
