Lead the data center team in design, develop and maintain IT data center and IT infrastructure.Responsible in:•Set up development standards and framework•Manage development projects to be completed in time•Involve in business requirement analysis•Plan, design, Implement and Maintenance Jakarta Globe Data Center.•Setup LAN, MAN and WAN including wireless connection and network security.•Setup Windows Server system including Domain Controller, Exchange Server, Printer Server, File Server, Web Server in virtualization environment (VMWARE ESX). •Setup SOP for Data Center operational to meet SLA and company mission including Disaster Recovery Plan.•Develop intranet application (monitoring and reporting)

Supervise Data Center team (5 persons) that responsible for maintain network and system to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and support business continuity process. Make good relationship with helpdesk teams to solving any problem that correlated with Data Center network and system and make good relationship with the vendors that responsible for system maintenance.
