On a daily basis, I am involved in the design and development of low-level vision algorithms, encompassing areas such as low-light image enhancement, image denoising, image signal processing (ISP), image deblurring, video denoising, super-resolution, object detection, face anti-spoofing, and anomaly detection.My work also includes utilizing state-of-the-art deep learning frameworks to create intelligent, big data, and machine learning applications. (e.g., Knowledge Distillation, Model Pruning, Anomaly Detection.)1. Designing a lightweight self-supervised RAW image denoising model combined with Knowledge Distillation to enhance denoising performance while reducing training time by 90%.2. Implementing a re-parameter lightweight 1x super-resolution model for RAW SR Image Dataset.3. Achieving SOTA RAW Low-Light Object Detection performance through integration of ISP and Super-Resolution Models.4. Developing a simple but powerful threshold selection algorithms that achieve 0% FAR and 5% FRR on Face Anti-Spoofing task.
