Sales Manager - Emea
Current- Strategic Sales Planning - Create and implement country specific market development and sales plans that align with corporate company’s global markets access, business strategies and ensure corporate growth targets are.
- Customers enablement – Liaise with internal stakeholders (engineering and marketing team) to provide partners with enablement tools, training and resources to effectively sell and support our products.
- Channel partners management - Oversee and manage channel partners across EMEA regions. Identify and create key performance metrics for existing channel partners, establish performance expectations, and measure results.
- New OEM business development - Research and identify new business opportunities through market research, networking and exhibitions in the assigned regions. Cold calling with prospects and provide company and products.
- Relationship management - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders externally and internally to ensure customers’ expectations are met.
- Reporting – Generate sales reports via Microsoft Power BI and sales cubes to analyze and monitor customers’ sales performance. Prepare and present findings of market trends and competitive landscape to products.
