Researching in market and policy climate that affects US companies doing business in China, with topics including policy & economic reform, market access, intellectual property regulation, anti-monopoly investigation, etc.

Participated in projects that help international clients from healthcare and senior care sectors to better understand Chinese market and policies. Worked on immersion trips during which the clients meet with various stakeholders (Chinese government agencies, healthcare facilities, insurers, etc.). Co-authored the report China's Senior Care Market, which provides a qualitative review and analysis of the senior care operators in China, evaluates regulatory systems impacting investment and develops a list of best practices for both Chinese and international investors. During the process, I completed a number of the in-person interviews of key executives for the report by visiting the senior care facilities.

Coordinated and moderated Interdisciplinary Graduate Workshops among MA students. The workshop invites graduate students who study Greater China and diaspora to present research and receive immediate feedback from faculty and fellow graduate students. The workshop usually meets for about ten times throughout the academic year.

Facilitated on-site program orientation, and planned class-related activities. Provided guidance to students in culture and language on a regular basis. Served as liaison between Center and on-site staff.

Engaged in five online advertising projects (media planning and buying) for client Yili, the largest dairy producer in China. Carried out analytical research on competitors' media strategies and finished reports on a weekly basis.Analyzed data regarding client's media strategy (e.g., KPI) and wrote reports on a weekly basis.Coordinated road shows of media companies (Baidu, Youku, Sina, etc.) at GroupM.
