Served as a functional leader in the drug product (DP) development of therapeutic proteins, including three monoclonal antibodies, two bi-specific antibodies, two Fc-fusion proteins, and one antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) at both the early and late stages. 1. Conducted developability evaluation for molecules at early-stage projects and formulation development for proteins at the CMC stage.2. Developed the DP fill/finish process (vial and pre-filled syringe), scaled up the process, and performed tech transfer to GMP manufacturing; Reviewed the manufacturing batch record (MBR) and process flow diagram (PFD) for GMP DP fill/finish 3. Conducted risk assessment for formulation and the DP fill/finish process using failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), defined critical process parameters (CPP), and performed formulation robustness, and process characterization for the DP fill/finish process.4. Optimized lyophilization cycle for proteins with lyo dosage form, including the parameters in freezing, primary drying, and secondary drying.5. Collaborated with different functions in CMC, including purification, analytical science, and GMP manufacturing.6. Obtained hands-on skills and method development experience for MFI, HIAC, DLS, SLS, DSC, DSF, SEC, and fluorescence spectrometers.
