I work as a Curtin Volunteers Communication officer at Curtin Volunteers and am passionate about providing first class customer care. My role is to provide advice on the policies, procedures and best practice in order to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. I have extensive knowledge and experience in customer relations having previously worked in retail and hospitality. Through this I developed skills including people management and leadership which I believe are key attributes to an organisation that is able to deliver great customer experiences.
