Professor Yao Wang is the Director General of International Institute of Green Finance (IIGF), the Deputy Secretary General of Green Finance Committee (GFC) of China Society for Finance and Banking, the Fellow of the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and Advisory of the Sustainable Finance Programme at the University of Oxford Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment. She is also the Adjunct Professor of University of Southern Queensland, Australia, and University of Victoria, Australia, and an expert of Asian Development Bank. In 2010-2011, she was a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University. Professor Wang is interested in Low Carbon Economy, Climate Finance and Green Finance. She is the author of Carbon Finance: Global Vision and Distribution in China (China Economic Publishing House, 2010), and Climate Finance (China Economic Publishing House, 2013), and several other publications and working papers on climate finance and green finance. She had been working as a senior manager in Securities Companies (investment bank) for about 7 years, and have considerable underwriting experiences.
