DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Assist, advise, or guide the Project Management Team in complying with the provisions of the Project Safety Management Plan and other activities or functions required by the company's OSH Management system.2. Coordinate compliance to all site safety and health regulatory requirements including assisting government representatives during ocular visits and inspections.3. Ensure that all company OSH documents are well prepared and checked, and approved by the team leader in-charge and submitted on time or prior to the documents' due date.4. Assist in the maintenance of the company Legal and other requirements OSH registry and regulatory documents and records archiving.5. Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their compliance to OSH specifications and requirements of the company's OSH Management System and Project Safety Management Plan.6. Regularly inspect premises and the work of personnel and contractors to identify deviations or non-comformity to the company's PSMP and OSH requirements.7. Report and record incidents and participate in accident investigation to determine causal factors and handle worker's compensation claims.8. Conduct site OSH orientation and training sessions on Safety & Health and other management systems.9. Develop training module and workshop materials on OSH.10. Lead the conduct of toolbox and stand-down meetings.11. Assist his/her team leader or other team members in the preparation of management system procedures and records as needed to ensure conformance to OSHMS and the OHSAS 18001 certification standards.12. Act as secretariat to the site IMS working team and Safety and Health Committee13. Conduct awareness program on IMS in collaboration with the ISO lead.14. Represent the company at industry functions15. Act in good faith as a company Site Safety and Health Officer16. Performance of your role in accordance with Chesneyvale code of conduct.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Safety Officer (SO) must report to Corporate Safety Officer. All site findings, status of project site, all information must be given to CSO.2. Conduct regular site safety audits to supplement the efforts in ensuring a hazard free work environment.3. Lead toolbox meetings in lined to the monthly TBT Planner, LFIs, and TBT topics forwarded by L1 & L24. Review PTW, WCF, JHA, TBT, and other documents during inspection.5. Collect all reported NMPI.6. Part of the project safety council and lead all efforts to enhance safety.7. Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.8. Conduct Basic Safety Seminars to new workers to induct them in the safety procedures and guidelines of the company.9. Promotes safe practices at the job site.10. Monitor compliance of front liners and staff to the 12 Life Saving Rules, 3 Golden Rules, Presam Operational Rules, and other safe work guidelines.11. Prepare Safety Violation Report form to be issued to front liners performing unsafe acts, or not complying to the safety standards set by the client, and the company.12. Initiate emergency response drills. Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.13. Conduct investigations of all accidents together with operation team and advise to make 24 hours notification prior to final report.14. Establishes safety standards and policies as needed.15. Responds to employees' safety concerns.16. Other work related to HSSE.
