About Wan Li Yap

I am a diligent individual based in Malaysia. I have a passion for food related studies. I wish to contribute to the food industry in use of my creativity and desire to explore. I am always intrigued by the application of technology to food and having the outcome of it backed by science. As a student food scientist I have participated in several NPD projects and also home projects concocting flavoured mayonnaise, vegan soy based egg, high fiber banana cereal, wine brewing etc. Learning to be a food scientist is a journey and there's no better journey than one that allows you to feed the world.
