Leasing:- Managing portfolio for 1 Mont Kiara (retail) and previously Wisma Mont Kiara (office) by planningand developing leasing strategies and tenancy mix- Identifying and shortlisting suitable tenants and retail concepts- Planning, negotiating and executing lease renewals, restructuring and relocation of leases- Liaising with tenants and solicitors regarding tenancy agreements and documents- Ensuring proper lease administration of all documentation and accurate management reporting- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants while managing expectations- Monitoring and analyzing tenants’ sales and overall performanceFit-Out:- Reviewing design proposals and construction drawings submitted by tenants to ensure compliance to design guidelines- Providing design recommendations to meet management expectations- Conducting briefing and handover of units to new tenants- Monitoring contractors throughout the renovation period- Conducting inspections to ensure compliance to approved design before operations- Managing reinstatements for exiting tenantA&P:- Budget planning, formulation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the mall- Conceptualizing, planning and executing promotional campaigns and tenant related promotions- Coordinating and planning events with external consultant- Managing & approval of leasing of atrium spaces, casual leasing, and advertising panels

- Developing designs, presentations, managing project inception, implementation and completion for clients - Liaising with clients and understanding client requirements- Conceptualizing design, rendering 3D drawings, preparing technical drawings, presenting ideas and designs to clients and confirming designs with clients- Sourcing and selecting materials, fabrics and a multitude of supplies and services for clients- Negotiating with vendors- Coordinating and managing project delivery with various parties including clients, vendors and contractors for residential and commercial projects- Working with principal architect to continuously enhance design and ensure accuracy and quality- Developing tender package including but not limited to design and technical specifications, value management and technical drawings- Jointly evaluating tenders with clients, leading to successful selection of contractors- Organizing and maintaining material library for company

- Working closely with senior interior designer on hotel projects- Sourcing and selecting materials and fabrics for material boards- Preparing mood boards for presentations- Preparing technical drawings

- Conceptualizing ideas for architectural and interior projects by working closely with principal architect- Managing projects, preparing technical drawings for submission and construction purposes, specifying materials and participating in site progress meetings- Meeting and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors

- Liaising with overseas students seeking student accommodation- Managing customer service desk and liaison for student affairs- Designing advertising posters- Performing accounting data entries

- Working closely with principal designer on numerous projects- Preparing technical drawings and sample boards- Conceptualizing ideas- Meeting with clients and suppliers, and following progress and site meetings
