Led a team of 50 staff (both military and civilian) from five nations (Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and United Kingdom). Oversaw the administration and management of all Singapore military personnel and coordinated all staff activities in HQIADS. Responsible for directing the safe implementation of all exercises under the Five Power Defence Arrangement (FPDA) Exercise Programme.

Led four squadrons under TASG (two Active squadrons and two National Service squadrons) with about 200 personnel in total to achieve all assigned work goals. Concurrently guided operational development for a newly set-up Command in the RSAF to achieve newly developed doctrines and procedures.

Led the only Republic of Singapore Air Force squadron supporting the Singapore Army in all Air-Land missions and exercises. Developed the Squadron Learning Journey program as part of the squadron’s effort to strengthen the standards of all personnel in the squadron. Engaged every officers in the squadron and coached them on their Individual Development Action Plan.

Training and in various appointments in the RSAF. From squadron pilots, staff officers to branch heads in the areas of operations, intelligence, and Air Power Generation.
