Through this internship, I have gained a deeper inside on the daily operations of the E-Commerce industry. I had the opportunity to work with and under many mentors with different working styles. I also got to meet new people and learn how to collaborate better with others.Job Scope:- Liaised with different buyers and vendors for product information.- Upload new products and campaigns ranging from beauty to home and living onto Metro Online.- Upload campaigns, sets, gift with purchase and purchase with purchase to attract customers.- Utilized Adobe Photoshop to edit product images to increase the presentability of the items.- Upload products on Metro's marketplaces, Shopee Mall and LazMall.- Had specific frames to use when uploading products so everything looked neater and presentable.- Picked and packed orders for Metro at Paragon and the HQ's warehouse as a part of online fulfilment.- Participated in ad-hoc marketing campaigns with The Wonder Shop.
