• Command the ADS(ADA) Wing effectively with efficient administration of the Wing so that it fulfils its roles and functions as a training institute for Air Defence Artillery Weapons.• Chairman for the ADSD Sqn/Bn Prof Test Committee.• Chairman for the WSO recruitment selection board

Oversees the policy, training standards & curriculum of the basic vocational training for the RSAF.

• Command the Battalion effectively and efficiently so as to maintain a high level of operational readiness, combat proficiency and morale of 80 active servicemen and 1500 NSMen.• Formulate training plans for 10 sub-units• Budget and plan for necessary organisational resources• Institute a performance management system to support high performance in the Battalion

• Operation manager for the combined organisation of 2000 military servicemen.• Formulate the operations, training and exercises workplan for DAB• Formulate training policies and doctrine development for DAB• Coordinate the phasing-in of new air defence weapon systems into DAB
