With over 8 years of experience in aviation and financial services, I have held leadership roles such as supervisor, team lead and on-site manager in a multinational foreign exchange services organisation. I was entrusted to oversee teams as large as 300 members, and have tackled challenging initiatives such as improving sales performance, conducting sales trainings and implementing security measures such as AML.My background in Sales and HR has equipped me with the necessary knowledge to effectively lead teams and improve the performance of sales representatives. Consequently, the sales team under my supervision has been consistently ranking as the top performer among all other Turkish teams month after month.It is my mission to deliver maximum value to any organization I serve and to advance the shared business goals. I follow a data-driven approach to decision making, considering market trends and sector-specific insights. I influenced key executive decisions such as office openings and closings.
