• I enable bid strategy, proposal writing and tender management for bus and rail tenders to expand ComfortDelGro and SBS Transit business operations across Singapore, Australia and the UK. I build in-house capabilities for the company in critical thinking, project management, workflow optimisation and strategy workshops.• I served as Business Consultant and Editor for CDG Docklands bid for the iconic Docklands Light Railway through the Transport for London, overseeing strategic development of the company's business management plans for the 40km light metro network in 2024. • I served as the Chief Editor and Lead Strategist for the Singapore One Rail JV's tender for the Singapore Land Transport Authority's (LTA) Jurong Region Line and Cross Island Line in 2023 with SBST Rail and RATP. Over 6-months, I led the end-to-end production of all technical plans spanning asset engineering, operations and customer experience for a highly compelling submission for Singapore’s largest railway tenders to date. • I served as the Chief Editor and Lead Strategist for SBST's bid team for technical proposal development spanning operations, maintenance and electric buses for the LTA's PT218 and PT219 contracts spanning over 13 years. We won the PT218 Bukit Merah Package worth SGD 890 million in August 2023. • I served as the Customer Experience Consultant and Writer for Sydney Metro's Western Sydney Airport SSTOM contract for the Transport of New South Wales government as part of the WestGo consortium, one of the final three bidders on the AUD $11 billion project. • I was the Transition Lead and Editor for CDC Darwin's tender for the Northern Territory Government 6-year contract worth AUD $220 million in 2022, which we won. • I served as a bid writer and consultant on CDC NSW's successful tenders for the Sydney Region 4, 7, 12 and 14 contracts totalling AUD $1.9 billion covering Sydney's northern and north-western suburbs and the northern beaches, which we won.

• I was hired by Tower Transit Singapore as part of an international bid writing core team, in response to the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) invitation to tender for the PT217 Sembawang-Yishun and Bulim bus operation contracts. • Over 4 months, I worked closely with Tower Transit’s Managing Director and executive leadership to provide overall strategic direction, structuring of the business pitch, content production, ensuring overall language and stylistic consistency, copyediting and proofreading of the final bid. • I helmed key project management responsibilities: established bid writing workflow between various stakeholders, overseeing timeline of the bid writing team, liaising between the client and visual graphics production for the proposal.• I led the bid team as Chief Editor and Bid Writer to successfully to win the bid worth SGD $1.03 billion.

• Began career on the Political Track as a Foreign Service Officer (FSO) from 20th July 2015. • Served as Country Officer for the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia Directorate covering Oman and the UAE.• Conducted political research and wrote official briefs for Singapore political office holders including the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister and relevant Ambassadors. • Attachment to Overseas Mission for 1 month in Laos, Vientiane as part of Singapore team for the 2016 ASEAN Summit. • Successful experience with project management including organising the 2nd Singapore-UAE Joint Committee, co-chaired by Foreign Ministers of Singapore and the UAE.
