GRE（Game Reliability Engineer）Network PM Support the operation and maintenance of network and server requirements of 18 game project teams,follow up and promote project progress. Coordinate and communicate with Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian countries on infrastructure work. Interconnect with cloud service providers to trace network faults and infrastructure faults.Connect and manage cloud service providers, follow up supplier weekly report, monthly meeting, daily failure/network optimization, and optimize supplier service quality.

Master H3C full product series, including IT(servers,storage),CT (network,wireless), security,cloud and smart (CAS, distributed storage, the UIS, cloud desktop),Support corporate/commercial team,and the sales of more than 20 people, pre-sale customer communication, film presentations, product configuration, writing technical solution.

Different roles in different projects, including project manager, pre-sales engineer, after-sales engineer.Won the Eccom industry EIIP pre-sales Solution Award.Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., LTD. NOB project PM 2018.10-2019.10Participated in the pre-sales technical support discussion meeting of the project in the early stage and participated in the network topology design. In the implementation phase, the configuration commands for the public new campus network are completed. In the late resident customer site, respond to network failures and improve problems in network operation. Write project arrival documents, Visio drawing network topology maps, project power-on acceptance documents, daily/weekly report reports, project completion reports, etc.
