I was responsible for the overall planning and management of the brand design of Bananain and responsible for defining the direction of brand design and development, formulating brand design strategies; responsible for the management of the brand design team and comprehensive control and improvement of output quality. The projects that I worked on included brand visual strategies, design, and technology. The projects involve brand VI, brand-level visual materials, retail vision, self-media vision, packaging design, employer brand, etc.

I was responsible for coordination and execution of brand design for Okamoto and took charge of formulation for the development direction of brand design as well as visual planning and development for innovative projects while shouldering the responsibility of integrating various resources with overall control of design innovation, design progress, design cost and design quality. The projects thatI worked on included visual planning, design and technology, covering videos, derivatives, publications, we-media and package design.

I was responsible for the construction and professional improvement of design teams to cultivate outstanding talents in design and teamwork for the Company and took charge of management, guidance and execution for design business to efficiently lead design teams to complete the design work for projects with high quality. Moreover, I took full responsibility for the quality of design projects and the review on design ideas, layouts and colors.
