- Establishing recruitment requirements by understanding operations’ objectives and targets.- Sourcing qualified candidates through online and offline channels.- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.- Creating and publishing job ads.- Screen resumes and job applications.- Conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.- Tracking hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.- Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.- Performing other tasks if needed.- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques as well as creating new ones in order to be competitive in recruiting practices.
