- Determine client’s goals & requirements for the project.- Sketch preliminary design plans. Produce shop drawings for smaller projects- Purchasing items needed to fabricate cabinetry for ourlocal toronto plant like hinges, drawer slides, MDF, particle board, paint, edge band, masks, etc.- Managing projects from start to end, as well as creating timelines & setting goals for active projects for our manufacturing shop to work towards.- Main person of contact for end user from start of project to closing and completion, whether home owner, GC, or designer.- Estimate project costs for end user &/or designer.- Place custom orders for materials, like counter tops/backsplash,and oversee the delivery & installation.

- Generating leads, quoting/sourcing high-end furniture from up to 30Italian brands.- Producing 3D renderings using Sketchup for spacial planning. I workon both residential and commercial projects.- Redesigning & accessorizing the showroom to showcase new items for display.- Offering in-home design consultations and drawing 2D & 3D floor plans digitallyafter measuring their space.- Assembling custom-built furniture both for clients and for displayincluding TV units, desks, bookcases, dining tables, night tables,and dressers.- Selecting the trendiest finishes on items for display with a vision ofthe showroom in mind.- Scheduling deliveries and keeping up with warehouse,stock-list and organization of incoming shipments.
