Engaging in both the bespoke luxury market and large-scale mass housing residential projects in ahigh-pressure immersive work environment to consistently meet tight deadlines, working collaboratively and independently in nearly all facets of the design process.- Designing contemporary and sustainable spaces, working closely with clients to understand their needs and translating them into practical and cost-effective solutions.- Surveying existing buildings and sites to then draw predominantly in AutoCAD producing plans, elevations, sections, Details and electrical plans, ensuring all proposals are compliant with Government Planning and Local Planning Authority standards and regulatory requirements.- Coordinating with 3D visual artists to create realistic visualisations and renderings that effectivelycommunicate design concepts to clients, planners, contractors and manufacturers.- Preparing comprehensive tender packages and helping to manage the tender process.- Using the Planning Portal for planning submissions I have prepared, including relevant documents such as Design & Access Statements and Heritage Statements etc. followed by frequent communications with the assigned planning consultants to ensure successful approval.- Attending and hosting meetings on and off-site with manufacturers, consultants, engineers, contractors and tenders.- Quantity surveying reports to help analyse and estimate project costs, explore cost-effective options and suggest alternatives to stay within budget constraints.- Creating material schedules and coordinating with manufacturers to source materials, ensure structural compatibility and negotiate pricing.- Office management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including handling financial records, bookkeeping and resolving payment disputes with both clients and suppliers.- Attending CPD events to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Working in the luxury bespoke residential sector, acting as a coordinator between the head architect, suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and subcontractors. This gave me a brilliant understanding of the finer details within the construction process.During the Concept Design Stage, I produce several floorplan designs explicitly tailored to the clients’ wants, needs, and lifestyles. This is followed by weekly face-to-face meetings with clients and professionals, playing an active role in the discussions of RIBA stages 1-5 up to the projects’ current point.Successfully meet with planners and planning consultants to discuss ongoing projects and ensure designs are complicit with planning policy for their respective councils. This understanding has enabled me to build strong positive working relationships with various professionals within the industry.Understanding what the client wants in all aspects of their build, often sourcing alternative solutions to make their needs financially viable, exploring a wide range of construction methods, and detailing and manipulating mainstream materials to create bespoke, high-end finishes.
