Employee Relations: One of the most important aspects of my job is cultivating a good rapport with faculty and staff. In addition to managing concerns from employees, arbitrate disputes and offer advice on HR rules and practices. As well, Creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment.3. Performance Management: collaborating with school administrators to develop and implement performance management system. This involves setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to staff and faculty members to support their professional growth.4. Training and Development: identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs for staff and faculty. This include organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.5. HR Policies and Compliance: ensuring that the school's HR policies and procedures are up to date, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This would involve staying updated on employment laws, handling employee contracts, and maintaining employee records.6. HR Data Management: keeping up-to-date, private HR records, such as employee information, attendance, and leave.
