I am an experienced recruiter who comes with a very diverse work and life background. I started my career post-Uni as a Product specialist. Being backed up by my scientific knowledge, I felt lost without business acumen. I decided to do an MBA to gain more market knowledge. This decision opened my eyes and heart to the world of HR and satisfied the extrovert in me. With science still being my first passion, I decided to explore the world of teaching, recruitment as well as Training and development. After travelling across the world to the land down under and several family ventures, I landed an opportunity that not only satisfied that extrovert but was also very rewarding to me as human being.An unexplainable equation of a non- traditional non-salesy employee with an impeccable ability to fulfil sales targets and meet KPIs whilst living every candidates story and being a part of it.
